Sustainable mobility meets modern construction in Graz
Charging infrastructure for the LEVEL KS1 Tower
Sustainability, innovation and modern infrastructure go hand in hand at the LEVEL KS1 Tower in Graz. This forward-looking construction project sets new standards for urban development and demonstrates how climate-friendly mobility can already be successfully integrated into modern living and working environments today.
As part of the LEVEL KS1 Tower construction project in Graz, da emobil was able to make a significant contribution to the future of electric mobility:
- A total of 14 charging stations with 18 charging points were installed, which are available both to tenants and for public charging.
- Charging capacities ranging from 11 kW to 200 kW provide the right solution for every requirement.
- An e-car sharing service from tim enables sustainable mobility right on site.
This project will not only create modern living and working spaces, but also a robust infrastructure for climate-friendly mobility. The LEVEL KS1 Tower is regarded as a benchmark for sustainable urban development. Thanks to its compact design and on-site energy centre, the building is largely self-sufficient in terms of energy.
