We are da emobil – an innovative company in the electric mobility sector based in Innsbruck. We are looking for a dedicated and service-minded individual to join our customer support team. As the link between our customers and our second-level support team, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving our service offering.


Your responsibilities:
  • First point of contact for incoming calls and emails
  • Coordinating and handling general enquiries and customer issues
  • Billing tasks and data maintenance
  • Managing the customer database in our CRM system
  • Liaising between different departments
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Working hours: 38.5 hours per week (full-time)


Your skills:
  • Excellent communication skills in German
  • Experience in customer service is an advantage
  • A structured, independent approach to work and strong organisational skills
  • Technical understanding and an interest in electric mobility
  • Ability to work as part of a team and a strong willingness to learn

The minimum salary for this position is based on the collective agreement for employees in the metalworking industry, job category II. We place great emphasis on individual qualifications and experience. Depending on these factors, a higher salary may be offered.

  • Independently managing all stages of the customer lifecycle
  • Commercial responsibility
  • Advising and supporting the existing customer base
  • Managing and operating the charging infrastructure
  • Remote analysis, troubleshooting and monitoring
  • Working hours: 38.5 hours per week (full-time)


Your skills:
  • Completed training in a commercial or IT field; equivalent professional experience
  • Commercial knowledge and a head for figures
  • Enjoy working with customers and be a team player
  • Ability to work independently, in a structured and goal-oriented manner
  • Technical understanding and an interest in e-mobility would be an advantage

We are looking for someone to join our team in Innsbruck: as an IT systems administrator specialising in NISG compliance, you will act as a key operational link between IT operations and regulatory requirements. You will ensure that our IT infrastructure complies with legal requirements and is operated efficiently, securely and with a view to the future.


Your responsibilities:
  • Management and allocation of roles and permissions (User Access Management)
  • Management and control of access systems (physical and digital)
  • Issuing, configuring and ongoing management of IT hardware
  • Ensuring regular updates, patch management and system maintenance
  • Support with the implementation of technical security measures in accordance with the NISG
  • Documentation of IT processes, policies and system landscapes
  • Analysis and optimisation of existing processes, with a focus on automation and digitalisation
  • Assistance with the implementation of emergency and recovery plans (Disaster Recovery)
  • Support with internal and external audits as well as compliance reviews
  • Close collaboration with information security officers (without assuming the CISO role)
  • Working hours: 38.5 hours per week (full-time)


Your skills:
  • Completed training in the field of IT (apprenticeship, technical college, university of applied sciences, university)
  • Initial professional experience in IT administration or IT support would be an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of IT security and compliance (ideally NISG)
  • Experience with user and access rights management (e. g. Active Directory)
  • Understanding of networks, operating systems and IT infrastructure
  • A structured and meticulous approach to work with high-quality documentation
  • Interest in process optimisation and digital solutions
