da emobil was founded in autumn 2017 as a subsidiary of the two Tyrolean specialists in electrical engineering and energy supply, Fiegl + Spielberger and GUTMANN, in Innsbruck. In 2023, da emobil opened an office in Vienna. The Energie AG Oberösterreich acquired a majority stake in da emobil GmbH on 1 April 2025, thereby sealing a strong Austrian partnership in the field of electric mobility.
