GUTMANN GmbH’s General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery for Fuel and Charging Cards

Retention of Title

Ownership of the goods shall not pass to the buyer until final payment has been made. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the invoice amount is due for payment in full, net cash, without deduction, immediately upon delivery. Once due, and without prejudice to GUTMANN’s other statutory rights, interest on arrears at a rate of 12 % above the applicable bank rate shall be charged.

GUTMANN is under no obligation to inspect the buyer’s tanks for suitability, capacity or any contamination. This also applies to the existing filling connections and, where applicable, the filling pipes leading to the buyer’s storage tank. The place of performance for the buyer’s payment obligations and the place of jurisdiction for both parties is Innsbruck.

Terms and Conditions

The fuel and charging card is a service provided by GUTMANN GmbH. By signing the order, you agree that GUTMANN GmbH may invoice you for the services you have used and that your personal data may be stored for this purpose.
